Grimwood Sports Bat Warranty
At Grimwood Sports, every bat is handcrafted from premium English & Kashmir willow for power, balance, and precision. Since willow is a natural material, minor cracks or surface marks are normal and part of its natural ageing they do not affect performance.
We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against genuine manufacturing defects. Claims are reviewed within 7 working days after we receive the product. Depending on inspection results, Grimwood may repair or replace if the issue qualifies under warranty.
Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

Toe or edge cracks from Yorkers

Inadequate knocking-in or over/under oiling

Moisture, heat, or storage damage

Use of non-leather or machine balls

Mishandling or poor maintenance
Proper knocking-in and added protection (face tape, toe guard) are highly recommended for bat longevity.
