At Grimwood Sports, we take great pride in the quality of our cricket gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with an item, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, you must raise a return request within this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.

Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be processed.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@grimwoodsports.com  with your order details and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share return instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label.
Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid transit damage.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos and order details so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly either by replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved bats, name-printed gear)

  • Special orders or made-to-measure items

  • Discounted, clearance, or sale items

  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, a different size or model), the fastest way is to return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or discount voucher for future purchases, unless otherwise specified by our team.
